Yes. Every book exports a print-ready PDF at 300dpi, set up for hardcover production at common book-printing services. We don't print it for you yet — that comes later.
About fifteen minutes the first time. The waiting steps (Sift, Write) take a few minutes each. The editing is as long or as short as you want it to be — most people spend twenty more minutes refining.
